I had an amazing New Year experience at this hotel! The hotel offered clean and tidy rooms that were well maintained throughout my stay. the location could not have been better, with easy access to key attractions in the area. The staff were incredibly helpful and made my stay comfortable and pleasant.
I must admit that the cleanliness of the towels was below my expectations. Lastly, the hotel staff seemed to be overly concerned with petty fines, which made me feel uncomfortable at times.

The location was great, being close to everything we wanted to see. The hotel was also very quiet, so we slept well. Another advantage was the ease and smoothness of checking in, which was particularly convenient since we booked last minute just before 11pm on Easter night.
The cleanliness of the room was poor, with dirty towels that they claimed we stained . We were also charged extra for this. Additionally, the quality of the furniture, toilet, and amenities was subpar. We could smell smoke all over the floor, which was disgusting. our Easter stay at the hotel had its ups and downs.
